this is the one i modelled it on
sunburst clock step by step Amfour

firstly i cut out a ring from 6mm mdf

then cut pins down to size, drilled tiny holes in the side of the mdf and super glued the pins in

i then cut the top off the remaining pins and using long nosed pliers bent the wire in half (these were corsage pins so the wire bit is quite a bit longer than regular pins) and super glued these on too

then painted gold

Brilliant - I am not sure my pins would all come out at the right length and angles.

Absolutely great Sal but I'd be stuck at the beginning "cut out a ring from 6mm mdf" ok how!!!! woodwork not my thing lol!

I agree with Jen - it's a wonderful tutorial and you make it sound so easy. But I also agree with Jeant and I wouldn't get all my pins the same length!
